Look for the beauty within yourself

Do we allow ourselves to to know that we are beautiful, intelligent, or that we ARE doing a good job. Can we talk about ourselves as the most precious gift of all? We all need to look in the mirror- name at least 5 amazing things about ourselves- next time say 10 things- When we start seeing the beauty in ourselves, that's when we will see the beauty in others...

Becoming alive in the moment

Everyone has intuition, that gut feeling, its a vital human trait. The more consistent we are, and the less we second guess our selves, the more alive to each moment we become. What is our reason for being? Do we truly know what makes us happy? Are we living in constant joy? Are we living in harmony and balance? Are we so busy filling up every moment of the day we forget the really important things. Taking the extra 30 seconds- 30 seconds- to to embrace our loved ones with a real hug. Taking an extra 2 min to see how the other person is doing- and listening. Do we take the extra 10 sec to look at the ones we love and tell them how much they mean to us? Compassion, empathy and being optimistic is medicine for the sole.

Mineral Sisters- There's no place like home...

Mineral Sisters is on its way!!! People stopping by and we are not even open... that's awesome! Made sure to tell everyone that this is there's too, and grateful for them stopping by. What an adventure already!!!! Things are falling into place, and the people that stop by are awesome. This is such a blessing- a place to heal from the inside out... amazing energy just radiates.

Fully embracing every moment

So many valuable lessons have been learned. Listening with your heart is so important. Going into the day expecting things to be amazing and it will be. The more truly grateful I am the more amazing things become.

Thank you to the woman I met today. Randomly meeting you was amazing. You are my inspiration and confirmation that Mineral Sisters is going in the right direction.

I learned divine timing. Struggling to stock the store and make it magical, I was going to good will to find picture frames, leaving with nothing, then a random amazing person pulls up with a car load of picture frames... that is divine timing...

After reading quotes for hours, they start to have a message... Some of them are very very intelligent. If history repeats its self, maybe we should start learning from the past and change the future to a new unknown. What if there was a enough people with so much love in their hearts and goodwill intentions, that we wouldn't need to study the past to change the future...
