Some lessons learned. Healing is based on intention to heal. Feeling what the person needs, not thinking and just doing. Auto response to other soles feels so natural. So many forms of healing- its all one thing healing- but with all the different forms there are, its the form of healing that that person needs to experience. Today I have received many gifts, communication with amazing soles on such a profound deep level. Each unique experience was life changing, each transition was more and more seamless. So much healing on so many levels. Even a conversation can be healing. Releasing is so important. When we release to the universe we fill the new void with pure amazing energy of love and grace. No need to worry or fear, the less we worry the less we fear, the more we can love and be... what a cycle this is

What an incredible story we have so far. Looking back not long ago, less than 6 months, I wouldn't have dreamt this possible. I guess one day I woke up and realized how I am responsible for what life I want to live. Why would I want to do anything but what makes me happy. Every choice I make is in perfect alignment with who I am and who I want to be. I can not wait- as this journey unfolds the most incredible and unbelievable people are met and the experiences are priceless. I would never have thought that our schedule book would get so full so fast. We really have to look and fit things in- that is amazing and we haven't even advertised except Facebook posts. I am so thankful that the community is responding so well. People are excited and talking to their friends. Love it when we are hanging out women just come in and sit down and have the most amazing conversations. Mineral Sisters- Vitality Center

Choosing to have an amazing day...

When we create a personal space and only allow amazing people and situations in - that's exactly what happens. Bumps in the road that once seemed impassable, now are minor details. Situations that once took an emotional toll are now acknowledged and quickly processed. Taking the time to be thankful for every situation on your path is important. The situation is there for a specific purpose, a part of a contract to be filled. When realizing there are no "good" or "bad" situations only our actions and attitude towards it.... We can grow or we can crumble. -Drama- our actions and reactions will create a constant emotional state of what ever we want to choose.... So lets create our day! - It will be fabulous- I'm going to meet incredible people- I will learn so many things today- I will fuel my body, heart and sole today! It can only get better and better because I choose to make it that way.

hmmm. What would happen if we knew with out a doubt that we could not make a mistake. That every decision we made with our heart was the right decision? What if you picked the top 10 favorite things to do in life and did them everyday? What if every min every second you lived in harmony with yourself? What if there was no stress or judgement... really when people are judgmental they are judging themselves... we are all one... all connected. If we take away fear of perceived judgments and perceived negative thoughts then we could consistently be. Be true to ourselves, be true to our divine nature, be true.. just be... When living your life to the fullest what does that really mean? What could we do differently?

Making the world a better place

Daily affirmation: I am creative, I believe in me, I believe in my successful future. I can do it, and I will not fail. I will overcome obstacles in a timely manor and will not dwell on any perceived negative situations or people. I will follow my first intuitive feelings.

Let go do it: Make the world a better place, one day at a time...

There is a pull, an unknown answered answer. There are distractions, interference and many obstacles to overcome. When we can keep moving forward through our perceived unwanted negative energies we will grow stronger. We create a situation, to manifest a positive or negative outcome. We have complete control within ourselves. Finding ourselves, living our path and being true to what we believe without waiver is our test. Every second we are given choices, every second there is a new possibility of a completely new path. When we feel a path in front of us and follow consistently we choose our desired outcome. We can make it easy or very very hard. Emotional confusion is a test, we all have divine guidance all we need to do listen and follow...

Release, let go and grow

Release, release, release... ahhh letting go, and cutting those cords. Looking back on this last year and what it took, and how much letting go had occurred. I know there are no endings and only new beginnings; But today feels like a whole new beginning. I recognize the past, appreciate my experiences and growth, but I am now releasing that whole chapter. Today is a new beginning. The soft opening of Mineral Sister's first store. I believe with the intentions, heart and sole that is in the foundation of the idea's, Mineral Sister's will have infinite growth. So many beautiful women will have a chance to flourish. There will be much healing, laughing and coming together. So many visions. Manifesting a dream come true. I can do it- I now know I can do anything-I believe in me. I feel my heart is pure- I feel like so much healing will be going on and so much love will occur. I believe in this. Release Release release...
